Metro Area Monthly Market Update
A pretty strong month in November in activity with nearly a +14% YoY increase in
pending sales and +7.7% in closed transactions, though a dip in new listings (-5%).
Recorded home showings (tours) also saw a big increase again by +21% representing
buyer intrigue across the region. The overall median sales price continued to climb as
well.
